The Watermill is a large, single bar pub dating from the 1930s with the bar area at the front and a restaurant area at the back. There are a couple of log fires and candles on the tables. The pub is food orientated with meals available all day except a short break between brunch and the afternoon. Outside there is a patio garden to the side and rear, from which there are lovely views across to Box Hill. Three cask beers are sold, one under a house name, Watermill Cask Ale, which is brewed by Greene King. The supplier of the other two varies, but is usually local, for example Dorking, Firebird, Pilgrim, Surrey Hills or Titsey. The left hand part of the bar can be used for functions, together with the side area, which is covered, and the small private dining room upstairs.
