Members past and present of the East and Mid Surrey branch of CAMRA gathered at The Pilgrim Brewery Taproom on the afternoon of Saturday 13th September 2025 to mark the 50th anniversary of the branch’s formation. That formation took place at the nearby, but sadly long since closed, Nutley Hall pub in Reigate. As well as the usual great selection of Pilgrim Brewery beers, the Tap Room was also serving Titsey Brewing Co. ESB, which was specially brewed for our birthday.

The evening then saw us take a short walk onto The Hop Stop Bar where celebrations continued on into the night. The photograph below shows the group in the Pilgrim Tap Room raising a glass to the next 50 years.
